SELF PACED
A seasonal workshop designed to embrace the summer slowdown in your work as a strategy to allow more to flow through.
This is
For You
if …
𖤓 You feel the pull to slow down — but keep pushing through.
𖤓 A slower pace leaves you
restless or uneasy.
𖤓 Guilt or shame (or both) surface the moment you think about easing off.
𖤓 You long to honour a cyclical rhythm over a hustle one — but don't quite know how.
𖤓 You want practical ways to make the slow season actually work for you and your business.
What
it’s
About.
A free self-paced summer workshop for the woman in business who feels the season asking her to slow — but isn't quite sure how. As the summer sun eases our pace, this is a space to gently reframe your relationship with slowing down, so you can move through the months ahead with more presence, intention and joy. Because easing off isn't stepping back from your work — it's a strategy that lets more flow through it.
What to Expect.
𖤓 A 90-minute workshop, moved through at your own pace.
𖤓 Mind-body practices to bring you back into your body.
𖤓 Journalling that opens the door to insight.
𖤓 A deeper understanding of the guilt and shame that surface when you slow.
𖤓 Gentle, science-backed ways to soften those feelings into ease and flow.
𖤓 Tangible tools to make the slow season work for you — and your business.
What You’ll Leave with.
𖤓 A kinder relationship with slowing down.
𖤓 Rest reframed as strategy, not indulgence.
𖤓 Space to take stock, and realign for what's ahead.
𖤓 A gentle way back to the work you've avoided.
𖤓 Room to put joy back on the calendar.
𖤓 A fuller, clearer you — moving in rhythm, not resistance.
Meet your
Host.
I'm a brand strategist who works with purpose-led women at the meeting point of brand and personal development — because I believe we look inwards to create outwards. Alongside the strategy, I bring the inner work: I'm a certified life coach and mind-body practitioner (Mind Body Food Institute) and a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, weaving breath, body and belief through everything I make.
Slowing down didn't come naturally to me either. I built Bask in the Slow from my own practice of learning to ease off without the guilt trailing behind — and to trust that rest lets more flow through, not less. I'd love to share it with you.
